Common use of Written Submission Clause in Contracts

Written Submission. If any improvements are proposed by the Tenant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall submit a written description of the proposal to the Airport Manager together with two sketches drawn to scale. The Airport Manager will review the proposal and provide written comments with a recommendation and forward the same to the City Manager for review. Any alterations or additions approved by Landlord shall be constructed at the sole expense of Tenant.
