Written undertakings Clause Samples
A 'Written undertakings' clause requires parties to formally commit to certain actions or obligations in writing. This means that any promises, assurances, or commitments made under the agreement must be documented and signed, rather than relying on verbal agreements or informal communications. By mandating written confirmation, the clause ensures clarity and enforceability of obligations, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about what was agreed.
