If the difference between the base period and the comparison period is a negative value the adjustment will be zero (0). COLA will be capped at $0.20 per hour and will be paid out in a lump sum no later than December 31st of each year to all permanent employees. The COLA pay out for a full-time employee will be based on 2080 hours paid and will be pro-rated accordingly for a part-time employee.
