Years of Service for Vested Percentage. Years of Service shall include all Years of Service with the Employer, including any employer excluded at Section 2.11, but shall not include the following: (i) Years of Service before the Plan Year in which the Participant attained age 18; (ii) Years of Service completed prior to a Break in Service and the Effective Date of this Plan if such service would have been disregarded under the applicable rules of this or a predecessor plan; (iii) Years of Service during any period for which the Employer did not maintain the Plan or a predecessor plan; or (iv) Years of Service completed before a Break in Service for a Participant who at the time of such Break in Service was not vested in any portion of his ESOP Account if the number of consecutive one-year Breaks in Service equals or exceeds the greater of five (5) one-year Breaks in Service or the aggregate number of Years of Service earned before the consecutive Breaks in Service. A Participant on an Authorized Leave of Absence shall not be credited with Hours of Service or Years of Service for the period of such Authorized Leave of Absence unless he resumes employment within the applicable time period established by the Employer or by law.

  • Credited Service In addition to Current Credited Service the Adopting Employer may include as Credited Service the following types of service:

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.
