Common use of Yield Supplement Account Clause in Contracts

Yield Supplement Account. The Series 1999-1 Yield Supplement Ac-count shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Series 1999-1 Investor Noteholders.
