Yield up and surrender keys. On Termination the Lessee must: (a) peaceably surrender and yield up to the Lessor the Premises in a condition consistent with observance and performance of the Lessee's Covenants; (b) surrender to the Lessor all keys and security access devices providing access to or within the Premises held by the Lessee whether or not provided by the Lessor.
