Common use of Yield Clause in Contracts

Yield. The amount of the Lessor Amount outstanding from time to time shall accrue Yield at the Yield Rate, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year using the actual number of days elapsed and, when the Yield Rate is based on an Alternate Base Rate, a 365 (or, if applicable, 366) day year basis, and, at all other times, a 360-day year basis. If all or any portion of the Lessor Amount outstanding, any Yield payable thereon or any other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at stated maturity, acceleration thereof or otherwise), such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum which is equal to the Overdue Rate.

Yield. If all or any portion of the Lessor Amount outstandingAmount, any Yield payable thereon or any other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at stated maturity, acceleration thereof or otherwise), such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum which is equal to the Overdue Rate.

The amount of the Lessor Amount Certificate Amounts outstanding from time to time shall accrue Yield at the Yield Rate, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year using the actual number of days elapsed and, when the Yield Rate is based on an Alternate Base the LIBO Rate, a 365 360-day year basis and, otherwise, a 365- (or, if applicable, 366366-) day year basis, and, at all other times, a 360-day year basis. If all or any portion of the Lessor Amount outstandingCertificate Amounts, any Yield payable thereon or any other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at stated maturity, acceleration thereof or otherwise), such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum which is equal to the Overdue Rate.
