You must not. (i) use the Vehicle for transporting any pets or animals, except assistance animals, unless specifically approved by Us; (ii) smoke in the Vehicle and You must take reasonable steps to prevent passengers from doing so. It is an offence in some Australian states to smoke in a vehicle where there are passengers of less than 18 years of age; or (iii) use the Vehicle to move infectious, biohazardous or biomedical waste, unless specifically approved by Us. Additional cleaning, disinfection and deodorising charges will apply.
You must not. 2.1 Act in a way (nor allow anyone else to do so) which will or may result in the insurance of the property being made void or voidable in whole or in part or in the premium for it being increased. 2.2 Insure the property or any part of it.
You must not. (a) disclose your Passcode to anyone, including SMBC; (b) use the App for any purpose or in any manner not expressly permitted by the Applicable Terms, and as authorised and directed by the Business Customer; (c) download or install the App onto a jail-broken or rooted mobile device; (d) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the App or Service; (e) use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these App Terms; (f) tamper with the App or otherwise use the App in a way that could damage it or stop it from working or affect the systems, such as hacking into or inserting malicious codes into the App or mobile operating systems; (g) use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users of the App; (h) collect or harvest any information from the App or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App or our systems; (i) rent, lease, assign or otherwise transfer the App or the Service in any form in whole or in part to any person without prior written consent from us; (j) copy the App, except as part of the normal use of the App or where it is necessary for the purpose of back-up or operational security; (k) copy, except to the extent permitted by the Applicable Terms or applicable law, any documentation related to the App without reproducing applicable copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices on each copy; (l) translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code or object code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law; (m) modify the App or merge all or any part of the App; (n) impair in any way SMBC or SMBC's licensor's copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; (o) use, copy, modify or create new activation codes unless expressly permitted by the Applicable Terms; (p) use or allow the use of the App in violation of U.S., European or other applicable export regulations, or for any other unlawful activity in any unauthorised manner; or (q) modify or delate any copyright, trademark, other proprietary rights notice on the App or other documentation related to the App.
You must not. 4.8.1 You, anyone living with you, or visiting your home must not do any of the following (which is not an exhaustive list), and/or otherwise cause damage to, interfere or tamper with, create or cause a hazard to (such as fire or a gas leak), the structure or fabric of your home or any building in which it is situated, or installations, appliances or anything else that we have responsibility for under 4.1a and 4.2 above both in your home or in the communal areas: • attach or use ceiling fans in rooms where there is also a gas fire fitted • paint boiler casings, electric storage heaters, gas fires, heaters or uPVC window frames or doors • interfere with any fire hoses, smoke alarms or any other fire safety equipment in any communal area • leave or wedge open communal entrance doors or other fire doors at any time • tamper with the gas or electricity supplies or with the meters • use or attempt to use the landlord's electricity or water supplies in communal areas • allow your garden to become untidy or overgrown. You must keep your home and garden in a manageable condition, clean and free of obstacles to reduce the risk of fire and allow us to get in to do repairs or make improvements • store any personal belongings to such an extent that we and or our contractors are unable to obtain access to the property or any part of it • store any personal or other objects in communal areas, for example garden, balcony or other external communal areas or obstruct communal areas, passageways, or entrances or store any possessions if they cause or are likely to cause an obstruction or hazard, including a fire hazard • store any personal items or goods in the property to such an extent that they cause or are like to cause a hazard, including a fire hazard • store any personal items or other goods in the loft of the property • sheltered schemes only: You must not replace any door locks as they are part of a set. If you do you may be charged for any additional work that becomes necessary • you must not damage your property or put your neighbours in danger when installing temporary festive lights or decorations inside or outside your home. You should only put up lights or decorations for events like Christmas, Divali and so on, for as long as that particular festival lasts. You must not. 2.4.1 make the Software available for anyone else to install or use in any way, or give anyone else any right (of any kind) to distribute, use or benefit from the Software in any way unless we have told you in writing that you can. For example, you may not allow anyone other than your Users to have access to the Software and you cannot provide the Software as part of a service you provide to others; 2.4.2 use (or try to use) the Software in a way which we have not specifically allowed. For example, you must not try to make the Software work in a particular way if it does not usually work or has not been designed to work that way; 2.4.3 use the Software to help you develop your own software; 2.4.4 change the Software, take it apart, or permit others to do so without our permission. Please contact us if you want to do this. We will try to help you, and will make sure that you can change the Software or take it apart in the way the law allows you to; 2.4.5 copy any part of the Software, or allow anyone else to. This clause 2.4.5 does not limit, however, your ability to take multiple copies of your Customer Data (and we encourage you to do this).
You must not. 2.3.1 Use Direct Payments to employ yourself, a spouse, partner or other close relative, if that lives in the same household as the Direct Payments recipient unless we are satisfied that obtaining that service is necessary to satisfactorily meet the eligible person's needs, and have previously agreed this in writing with a County Manager. 2.3.2 Receive help to manage the Direct Payments from anyone who is a paid carer, unless we have previously agreed this in writing. Employ a spouse, partner or other close relative to provide administration or management of the Direct Payment unless the Local Authority deems it necessary. You can receive unpaid help to manage the Direct Payment from family members, friends, a designated trust or organisation, or an advocacy group. 2.3.3 Use Direct Payments to obtain support services from any Local Authority unless the Local Authority has agreed that it would be reasonable in the circumstances to do so. 2.3.4 Use Direct Payments to fund personal daily living costs, debt repayment, investments, gambling or for any illegal purpose. The Direct Payment should only be used for the purpose and outcomes detailed in the care and support plan. 2.3.5 Use Direct Payments for short term residential care for periods of more than 4 consecutive weeks in a 12 month period. (Periods of short term care less than 4 weeks apart will be combined for this purpose and will add to the total period). 2.3.6 Use Direct Payments to pay any personal contributions resulting from a financial assessment. 2.3.7 Make cash payments, unless this has been agreed in the care and support plan.
You must not give a clean receipt for Goods which are in a doubtful condition, including insufficiently packed / protected / secured consignments; – admit liability or offer settlement without prior written agreement from Us.
You must not. 3.1.2.1 change the Product, take it apart or permit others to do so without our permission; 3.1.2.2 copy any part of the Product or allow anyone else to, except for making one back-up copy of it (which we encourage you to do). We permit a back-up copy to be used on a computer if your original copy is no longer available. This clause 3.1.2.2 does not limit, however, your ability to take multiple copies of your Customer Data (and again we encourage you to do this); or 3.1.2.3 use the Solution to help you develop your own software.
You must not. (a) disclose to any person any Confidential Information or security number provided by CMOBILE (including but not limited to Your enquiry number, barring number or PIN); or (b) use the Service for any improper, immoral, unauthorised or unlawful purpose or allow any other person to use the Service for such purposes; or (c) resupply the Service to any other person without CMOBILE’s prior written approval, which approval may be withheld by CMOBILE in its sole discretion; or (d) use the CLI or information derived from the CLI except in accordance with the Act; or (e) place, attempt or accept a reverse charge call using the Service.
You must not. (a) include partial payment for goods or services purchased in a single transaction; or (b) add any additional finance charges on a recurring transaction; or (c) complete a recurring transaction if you receive a decline or pickup response, or a cancellation notice from the cardholder.
