You Shall Not Interfere Clause Samples

The "You Shall Not Interfere" clause prohibits one party from disrupting, hindering, or otherwise impeding the other party’s operations, rights, or contractual obligations. In practice, this means that a party must refrain from actions such as tampering with equipment, obstructing access to resources, or interfering with business relationships. The core function of this clause is to ensure smooth performance of contractual duties and to prevent disputes or losses caused by unwarranted interference.
