Common use of Your Authorization Clause in Contracts

Your Authorization. You agree, at the request of the Service, to execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, record, and publish any necessary authorizations on Your behalf with each Authorized Custodian directing Personal Data to be transmitted to RadiFi and Aggregation Vendor and such other agreements, and to perform any other acts as may be required to enable the transmission of Personal Data to RadiFi and Aggregation Vendor, or as may otherwise be deemed necessary or desirable to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreement and to perfect more fully the rights and licenses granted to RadiFi and Aggregation Vendor hereunder. No authorizations will give ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Aggregation Vendor the ability to withdraw funds, make payments, or otherwise effect transactions in Your accounts on Your behalf.
