Common use of Your cancellation Clause in Contracts

Your cancellation. If You wish to cancel Your registration: (a) before 27 August 2021, You will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD$55; (b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a), You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount.

If You wish to cancel Your registration: (a) before 27 August 5 pm on 30th September 2021, You will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD$55AUD$99; (b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5 pm on 22nd October, You will receive a refund of one half of monies actually received; (c) after the date referred to in paragraph (b), You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount, All refunds payable to You under this clause 7 will be processed and paid within 30 days of the end of the Event.
