Your Certification. Your statement of your date of birth and, if applicable, your spouse’s date of birth contained in your application for the FUND will be deemed to be your certification of your age and, if applicable, your spouse’s age upon which the Trustee may rely and your undertaking to provide any further evidence of proof of age that may be required.
