Your Instructions to Customers. You agree to instruct Customers not to send cash, returned merchandise, notices, communications or other materials (not previously approved by us in writing) with their payments to the address specified for this Service. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you also agree that you will not provide Customers with marketing reply forms or other materials in connection with your billing process which Customers may return with their payments to the Service address. You agree to notify us at least 30 days in advance of any material change in your remittance statements and/or mailing schedule.
