YOUR OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION DUE TO YOUR DEFAULT OR ON NONRENEWAL. Upon the termination of this Agreement due to your default or upon expiration and nonrenewal of the Agreement, the Sections of this ARTICLE apply to the rights and obligations of the parties.
