Common use of Your Organisation Clause in Contracts

Your Organisation. i. fails to submit a Report in the form, and containing the information, specified in this Agreement; or ii. submits a Report that is incomplete or that the Department, acting reasonably, considers is inadequate; and Your Organisation fails to rectify this within 14 days of being notified to do so by the Department;
