Common use of Your Other Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Your Other Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your (and your employees’ and contractors’) use of the Service Exchange Services, any service orders placed through your credentials, all information or data transmitted or accessed through the Service Exchange Services, your selection of service provider(s), and the acts and omissions of your end users, agents, employees, contractors, or other service providers.
