Your Position. You will be employed on the terms and conditions in this agreement, in the role of: Management Trainee- Financial Sales In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, your position will involve the duties set out below: • Meeting clients, scheduling appointments and selling different products of financial market such as Loans, Insurance and Investment Products. • Supporting the sales team: This involves assisting the sales team with daily tasks, such as organizing files, setting up appointments, and responding to client inquiries. • Developing and maintaining client relationships: This includes building relationships with existing clients, identifying potential clients, and following up on leads. • Conducting research: This involves researching potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support the sales team's efforts. • Creating sales presentations and proposals: This includes developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients and creating proposals that outline the benefits of the company's products and services. • Assisting with sales reporting and analysis: This involves tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on findings. • Learning about financial products and services: This includes attending training sessions and studying product and service offerings to become familiar with the company's offerings. • Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer services satisfaction. .
