Common use of Your Position Clause in Contracts

Your Position. You will initially have the title of President and Vice Chairman of the Board, Grade 23, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The Symantec Employer may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, change your title, grade, duties and the person to whom you report, subject to your rights under the Termination for Good Reason provisions of Section 9 of this agreement. You also shall be appointed to the Symantec Board of Directors as of the Closing Date. During your period of continued employment, Symantec will recommend to the Nominating Committee of the Symantec Board of Directors that you be nominated for re-election as a member of the Symantec Board at each Symantec shareholder meeting at which Symantec Board Members are to be elected.
