Your Products. Once you are accepted into FBA, you must apply to register each product you offer that you wish to include in the FBA program. We may refuse registration in FBA of any product, including on the basis that it is an FBA Excluded Product or that it violates applicable Program Policies. You may at any time withdraw registration of any of Your Products from FBA.

Your Products. Once you are accepted into SBN, you must apply to register each Product you sell that you wish to include in the SBN program. We may refuse registration in SBN of any Product, including on the basis that it is an Excluded Product or that it violates applicable SBN Policies. You may at any time withdraw registration of any of your Products from SBN.

Your Products. AGREEMENT: 1. The insurance extended to the vendor does not apply to: a. bodily injury and/or property damage for which the insured has any obligation by reason of the assumption of any liability by any contractual agreement, whether written or oral. b. any obligation arising from any warranty, distribution or sale not authorized by you. c. any unauthorized change in your product made by the vendor. d. any repackaging, relabeling and any alteration of any instructions concerning your product unless you have authorized such for the purpose of inspection, demonstration, testing, repair or correction. e. any demonstration, installation, servicing, repair or similar operation unless authorized by you and unless undertaken at the vendor's premises in connection with the sale or distribution of your product. f. any activity by the vendor after sale of your product in connection with the unauthorized salvage or recycling of your product. g. any loss arising solely from the vendor's negligence. 2. This insurance applies only to the vendor identified above and does not extend to any supplier, customer or any other person or organization involved in any transaction concerning your product.

Your Products. 1. You promise that: a. you are the legal owner of all of the Intellectual Property Rights in and relating to the Products (which includes the data and information, including Seller Information, relating to such Products), photographs, logos, images and copy that you provide or upload to the Site, and/or that you possess a valid permission to use any and all such Intellectual Property Rights; b. the making of Products available for sale on the Site, and consequent use of your Intellectual Property Rights by us will not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights owned by any third party, and there is and will be no claim against us by any third party arising in relation to the use of such Intellectual Property Rights; and c. all items offered for sale by you are not replica or design copies of any other brand, designer or manufacturer. 2. You permit us to access and use any content, including photos, that appear in your Shop or in any other promotional material in our own editorial content or promotional activity relating to us, you, your business and Products. 3. You agree to compensate us in full for any and all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses and/or losses resulting from any breach in respect of any claim that the normal operation, possession or use of those Intellectual Property Rights by us infringes a third party's rights ("Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claim"). 4. In the event of an Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claim you will immediately make without any charge to us such alterations, modifications or adjustments to the Intellectual Property Rights as will be necessary to make them non-infringing. 5. We will notify you as soon as possible if we become aware of any Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claim by a third party. 6. We will be entitled to take sole conduct of the defence to any claim or action in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claim and may settle or compromise such claim or action at our sole discretion. You agree to give us such assistance as we will reasonably require in respect of the conduct of such defence including with all court procedures and the provision of all relevant documents. 7. At our request, you agree to take the conduct of the defence to any claim or action in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Claim.
