Common use of Your Property Clause in Contracts

Your Property. All rights not expressly granted to Us herein are reserved by You, and nothing in this Agreement transfers or assigns to Us any of Your intellectual property or other proprietary rights in You, the products or services You offer through Your Service or any of Your other technology, products, services, trade secrets, know how, information and system data, including any modifications, enhancements and derivatives thereof ("Your Property"). Your Property shall include all rights in any copy, modification, adaptation or derivation of Your Property, including any improvement or development thereof, and shall include the Integration.
