Your Responsibilities and Restrictions. 5.1 Your responsibility for Your use and conduct and for Your Users You agree that You are solely responsible for the use by You and Your Users of the API and any API Services and for any consequences arising from that use. You agree to require Your Users to comply with all applicable laws and Your obligations contained in this Licence Agreement and any API Specific Terms. 5.2 Your compliance with laws and this Licence Agreement 5.2.1 You agree to use the API and API Service only: (a) as permitted by applicable laws (including, without limitation, applicable laws regarding privacy and data protection and intellectual property rights) and for purposes that are lawful and proper under applicable law; and (b) in accordance with and authorised by this Licence Agreement, the Order Confirmation and any API Specific Terms.
