Your right to use the software. For the period of this Agreement only, the “Supplier” grants to the “Customer”, and by the “Customer’s” use of the Software, the “Customer” accepts, pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of this “Licence Agreement”, a right to use the software defined in Para 3., solely and strictly in accordance with the terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to the “Licence Agreement”, as described herein.
