YOUR RIGHTS TO USE AND ACCESS THE SERVICES AND RESTRICTIONS. 3.1. The Services are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are only granted the right to use and access the Services and to permit the applicable number of Concurrent Users to access and use the Services solely for your internal use and for the purpose of performing tax and/or accounting services for Clients without any further right to access, use, distribute, transfer, transmit or otherwise exploit the Services in any manner. CPTS reserves all other rights in the Services. Until termination of this Agreement and as long as you meet any applicable payment obligations and comply with this Agreement, CPTS grants to you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use and access the Services. You agree not to use, nor permit any third party to use, the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation or this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right to access and use the Services granted herein does not cover any underlying components of the Services, CPTS’ underlying application engines, or any other component of the Services or the operating environment within which the Services operates that is not intended by CPTS for access by any Authorized User.
