Common use of Your Telephone Number Clause in Contracts

Your Telephone Number. 6.2.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to transfer your existing telephone number to your account, provided that you give us details of this at the time you place your Order. seethelight shall be entitled to pass on to you any third party charges we incur for number porting. You will be notified in advance of any charges associated with this activity prior to the order being processed. 6.2.2 In respect of the telephone number, you agree that: (a) You do not own that telephone number and that you will not transfer it to anyone else or try to do so; and (b) We may change your phone number where it is reasonably necessary to do so. We will give you as much notice as we can before any change. 6.2.3 We will assist you if you want to move your telephone number onto another provider network (number porting). However, please note that, under some circumstances, number portability may not be possible.
