Your Use of the Site. You may not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. Balance Studios reserves the right to bar any such activity and deem such as a violation of these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site, to any Balance Studio’s servers, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by hacking, password “mining,” or any other illegitimate means. You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace, or seek to trace any information on any other user or visitor to the Site, including any account not owned by you, its source, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided by the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or systems or networks connected to the Site or to Balance Studios. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt interfere with the proper working of the Site, or with any person’s use of the Site. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Balance Studios on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity. You may not use the Site or any Content for any purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Balance Studios, its users, or others.
Your Use of the Site. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that (i) all User Content supplied by you on the Site is true, accurate, current and complete, (ii) if you have user login details, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you, (iii) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (iv) you possess the legal authority to enter into this ▇▇▇▇ and to use this Site in accordance with all the terms and conditions herein.
Your Use of the Site. You agree to use and access the Site only for lawful purposes and for the purposes for which the Site is intended. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to attempt to burden or overload the Site; to access areas of the Site to which NewWave has not provided you such access; to make the Site or portions thereof unavailable for other users; to introduce or transmit computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive code; or to use or employ any type of search “bot,” “spider” or other mechanism to search the Material on the Site, other than any search functionality provided by NewWave or available as a standard feature of commercially available web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator).
Your Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use, or allow others to use, your password and account username for the Site to either directly or indirectly provide, post, upload, e-mail, promote, facilitate the distribution of, post links to, or otherwise transmit any content (including comments and/or artwork) that:
8.1 You do not have a right to transmit under law;
8.2 Can be construed as defamatory, abusive, bigoted, hateful, threatening, harassing, libelous, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful to minors in any way, or encouraging cruelty to animals;
8.3 Includes statements that are intentionally false or misleading, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including the forging of headers or other manipulation of identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content or allow any other person or entity to use your password and account username on the Site;
8.4 Is spam or that contains links to any commercial or charitable solicitations;
8.5 Contains computer code, files or programs designed to intercept any data or communication, or inhibit, interrupt or destroy the functionality of computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8.6 Offers to sell or purchase any unregistered securities;
8.7 Violates any applicable local, state, national, international, foreign law or regulation;
8.8 Collects, stores or transmits personal data (i.e., Registration Data) about other users of the Site without their express permission; and
8.9 Attempts to access any other of GBI’s systems, programs or data that are not made available for public use.
Your Use of the Site. 9.1 You agree to only access and use the Site in accordance with this Agreement and in accordance with and subject at all times to all Applicable Laws.
9.2 We reserve the right, without notice, at any time, and at our sole discretion, to suspend or discontinue your access to or use of our Site in the event that such access or use would be unlawful under any Applicable Law.
9.3 You agree that you will be responsible for the content of and all information contained in your communications to our Site, including the lawfulness, truthfulness, decency and accuracy of such communications. You are also solely responsible for the use to which you put all information, data and results from our Site.
9.4 You acknowledge that you are responsible for using the correct log-in details when you use the Internet Service, component of the seethelight’s Combined Residential Telephone and Internet Service.
Your Use of the Site as a Learner or Parent
2.1 The Site provides a cloud learning platform for Learners.
2.2 Before you are given access to the Site the relevant Learner will need to pay the Subscription Fee in full in the manner specified on the Site. Except to the extent prohibited by law, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Subscription Fee.
2.3 If you are a Learner, you consent to us providing: (a) your Parents; and (b) the Facilitator that we assign to you, with details of your access to, and progress with, the Courses you have subscribed to.
2.4 If you are a Parent, you will indemnify us against any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any breach by the Learner of these Terms, where that Learner is under the age of 18.
2.5 As part of your subscription to the Site, we may provide you with access to a private forum group (Forum Group) where you, Facilitators and other Users can discuss the Course and Course Content. In addition to complying with these Terms, you will comply with any terms and conditions of the platform hosting the forum group.
Your Use of the Site. 17.1 The Site incorporates information and content, which may be in the form of text, graphic, audio, video, downloads, links, source codes, copyrights, trademarks, and information about Products ("Content") which is the proprietary property of Samsung.
17.2 Samsung has invested money, time, and effort to develop the Content and retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Content. Samsung does not grant you any license or property rights in relation to the Content.
17.3 The Content is published on the Site for your personal reference. You must not download, copy, use, reproduce or reference any Content for business or commercial purposes. You may download, copy, reproduce or store the Content and establish links to the Site from your own website or from within your documents, but only where you do so for personal use.
17.4 Samsung does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content (including Product information), or other items contained on this Site or any other website operated by Samsung.
Your Use of the Site. When using the User Forums and submitting any User Content you must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use. Be respectful and protect yourself – do not reveal personal/confidential or proprietary information. You shall NOT submit, upload, or post to the Site or User Forums any User Content that violates the rights of another person or entity; Contains viruses, corrupted files, or other materials that may cause damage to another's computer; Advertises or otherwise solicits funds, or promotes or offers for sale or trade any goods or services; Interferes with any third party’s use of this Site; Is or contains political campaigning, junk mail, spam, repetitive messaging chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations; Is inaccurate, false, misleading, or fraudulent; and Contains any contact information or private information of any third party. In using the Site, you shall not violate any law or advocate the performance of any illegal activity, collect contact information of other Users of the Site by electronic or other means for any purpose whatsoever, or use or attempt to use another User’s account or password. Impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with LCI and/or MD N. Any use of the User Forums or the Site in violation of these Terms of Use may result, in termination or suspension of your rights to use the User Forums and/or the Site. Any decision as to whether User Content violates these Terms of Use or LCI’s and/or MD N’s posting rules will be made in LCI’s and/or MD N’s sole discretion.
Your Use of the Site. The Site is provided for your personal and noncommercial use, and you may use the Site and Site Materials solely for your personal and non-commercial use. This authorization is not a transfer of title or a license in or to the Site Materials, or in or to any intellectual property therein. No part of the Site and no Site Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial purpose, without CAHEC’s express prior written consent. CAHEC reserves all right, title, and interest, including any and all intellectual property and other proprietary rights, in any Site Materials that you download from the Site.
