Zoning and Other Laws. To its knowledge, its respective Partnership Project and the use and operation thereof, separate and apart from any other properties, constitute a legal use under applicable zoning regulations and comply in all material respects with all applicable requirements of law and all applicable insurance requirements, and, except as provided in any engineering reports furnished to the Operating Partnership prior to the date hereof, comply in all material respects with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and all applicable regulations issued thereunder and each similar applicable state law and regulation.
