Zoning and Re opening the Tender 12.1 The Supplier has been appointed as one of three (3) Suppliers in the relevant zone. 12.2 The Supplier will provide Services arising from the zone to which it has been appointed and as allocated by the Council. 12.3 The Council shall have the discretion of allocating work arising from one zone to Suppliers within any other zone where this is necessary. 12.4 The Council may re-open the tender and appoint other providers where the number of Suppliers in a given zone falls below three (3) for any reason before award of contract or during the Contract Period. 12.5 The Council further reserves the right to increase the number of Suppliers in each zone or in any zone, to more than three (3) at any time during the Contract Period where this is necessary. 1. The Supplier shall comply with any further written instructions with respect to processing by the Council. 2. Any such further instructions shall be incorporated into this Schedule 2. 1. In consideration of the provision of the Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, the Council shall pay the Charges to the Supplier in accordance with the Self-Billing Agreement.

  • PLANNING ACT This Agreement shall be effective to create an interest in the property only if Seller complies with the subdivision control provisions of the Planning Act by completion and Seller covenants to proceed diligently at Seller’s expense to obtain any necessary consent by completion.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The ▇▇▇▇▇ heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where ▇▇▇▇▇ heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until they have received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • The Building and The Project The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the “Building”). The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building and the Common Areas and (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
