▇▇ Other Modifications. Except as hereby amended, no other term, condition or provision of the Loan Agreement shall be deemed modified or amended, and this Amendment shall not be considered a novation. From and after the effective date hereof, all references in the Loan Agreement, and any other document or instrument entered into in connection therewith, to the Loan Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the Loan Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
