In accordance with all other terms of this Article Four, the Contract Price for Delivered Energy shall be adjusted by the following Time of Delivery Factors (“▇▇▇ Factors”) for each of the specified ▇▇▇ Periods in which Delivered Energy is delivered: Period 1. In any Contract Year, if Seller delivers Delivered Energy in excess of one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the annual Contract Quantity amount, the Contract Price for such Energy in excess of such one hundred twenty percent (120%) shall be adjusted to be seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable Contract Price.
