This Agreement shall run for a period of one (1) year from the date first written above and will be renewed from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party as provided hereunder. · This Agreement may be terminated by the Fund upon one hundred twenty (120) days’ written notice to Price Services; and by Price Services, upon three hundred sixty-five (365) days’ written notice to the Fund. · Upon termination hereof, the Fund shall pay to Price Services such compensation as may be due as of the date of such termination, and shall likewise reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses related to its Services hereunder.
