Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the making, increasing, extension or renewal of any Loans pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to flood insurance due diligence and flood insurance compliance in accordance with Section 9.3(c) hereto and shall otherwise be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
