Common use of ▇▇▇▇ Events Clause in Contracts

▇▇▇▇ Events. Prior to the occurrence of a ▇▇▇▇ Event, each Borrower shall provide (and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide as promptly as reasonably possible prior to such ▇▇▇▇ Event) to the applicable Agent (and authorize the applicable Agent to provide to the Term Loan A Lenders and the Lenders with a Revolving Credit Commitment) the following documents in respect of any Mortgaged Property: (a) a completed flood hazard determination from a third party vendor; (b) if such real property is located in a “special flood hazard area”, (i) a notification to the applicable Loan Parties of that fact and (if applicable) notification to the applicable Loan Parties that flood insurance coverage is not available and (ii) evidence of the receipt by the applicable Loan Parties of such notice; (c) if required by Flood Laws, evidence of required flood insurance and (d) any other customary documentation that may be reasonably requested by the applicable Agent.
