▇▇▇▇ of Lading. The ▇▇▇▇ of Lading must clearly indicate the complete name of the recipient – HS Wrocław sp. z o.o. in Wrocław and be suitable for the type of transport (for example: CMR or AWB).
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. For all goods shipped, you will be required to prepare all necessary waybills/bills of lading to include the Purchase Order number, Seller style/stock number, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, and destination address. All such documents are subject to Section 12, below.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. CARRIER shall sign a ▇▇▇▇ of lading or receipt for each shipment tendered to it in the form required by ASP, an example attached, or ASP's customer. If ASP and/or ASP's customer elects to use a ▇▇▇▇ of lading or other form of freight receipt or contract for each shipment, any terms, conditions, or provisions of such ▇▇▇▇ of lading or other form shall be subject and subordinate to the terms of this Agreement. Any ▇▇▇▇ of lading or other form inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement shall be null and void, and the terms of this Agreement shall govern. Upon delivery of each shipment, CARRIER shall obtain a signed delivery receipt from the consignee in a form acceptable to ASP, setting forth the goods delivered, correct count, condition of such goods and date and time of delivery. All such documents shall show the actual consignor (Shipper) and Consignee (Receiver) and Freight Rate shall appear in the "▇▇▇▇ To:" section and in the "Special Instructions" section as being "SHIPPED UNDER CONTRACTOR AUTHORITY WITH ASP CUSTOMER."
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. Is the official document, issued at the loading port after completion of the loading operations, stating the ship's loaded quantity expressed in US barrels (bbl). This document has to be signed in original by the ship's Master and made out in accordance with the instructions hereinafter specified in this contract agreement.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. The ▇▇▇▇ of lading with respect to each shipment shall conspicuously identify (i) that the shipments were transported by carrier, acting as a carrier, and (ii) that shipment was arranged by Broker, acting as a broker. The name of the underlying shipper shall be inserted in the blank for the shipper and the name of the consignee shall be inserted in the blank for the consignee. This Agreement shall constitute the contract of carriage. The terms of the ▇▇▇▇ of lading are subordinate to the terms of this Agreement, and, in the event of a conflict between such ▇▇▇▇ of lading and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. CARRIER shall sign a ▇▇▇▇ of lading, produced by shipper or CARRIER, for the property it receives under this Agreement. CARRIER shall become responsible, and therefore liable, for the freight it takes/receives possession of regardless of whether a ▇▇▇▇ of lading has been issued, and/or signed, and/or delivered to CARRIER, and which responsibility/liability shall continue until delivery of the shipment to the consignee and the consignee signs the ▇▇▇▇ of lading or delivery receipt. With respect to CARRIER, this Agreement shall supersede any terms of the ▇▇▇▇ of lading (including but not limited to payment and credit terms, released rates or released value) which are in conflict, or inconsistent, with the terms of this Agreement. Failure to issue a ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or sign a ▇▇▇▇ of lading acknowledging receipt of the cargo or freight by CARRIER shall not limit, reduce, or nullify CARRIER’s liability hereunder. CARRIER shall notify BROKER immediately of any exception made on the ▇▇▇▇ of lading or delivery receipt.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. (a) When the ▇▇▇▇ of Lading indicated that the shipment is “collect”, CARRIER agrees to collect freight charges from Consignee and CARRIER shall hold BROKER and Consignor harmless from any freight charges regardless of whether the Consignor signs andno recourse provision” which may appear on the ▇▇▇▇ of Lading. (b) When the ▇▇▇▇ of Lading specifies payment by a Third Party, only said Third Party shall be liable for freight charges and BROKER, the Consignor and the Consignee shall be held harmless from any freight charges.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. The Contractor shall issue a bill of lading, also referred to herein as a “Delivery Ticket,” to the Authorized User after the bulk motor fuel product has been delivered into the Authorized User’s tank(s). The Contractor shall not include any other terms and conditions applicable to OFMS or any Authorized User on the bill of lading, and if they are so included, they shall be deemed null and void by the Contractor.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. A legal document between Customer and Motor Carrier detailing the type, quantity and destination of the goods being transported. This document must accompany the shipped goods and must be signed by an authorized representative from the Customer and the Motor Carrier. The ▇▇▇▇ of Lading can serve as Proof of Delivery when the goods are delivered to the predetermined destination and signed for by the consignee.
▇▇▇▇ of Lading. Each shipment will be evidenced by a ▇▇▇▇ of lading issued by the receiving facility. Carrier is responsible for submitting ▇▇▇▇ of Lading to Prestige Dispatch & Logistics immediately upon receipt.
