Common use of ▇▇▇▇▇ Days. Use/Forfeit Clause in Contracts

▇▇▇▇▇ Days. Use/Forfeit. ▇▇▇▇▇ days may be taken at any time; however, the use of a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ cannot result in overtime on the employee’s shift, and ▇▇▇▇▇ days may not be taken during traditional black-out days. ▇▇▇▇▇ days received in the first half of the year must be used by July 1 of each year or be forfeited. ▇▇▇▇▇ days received in the second half of the year must be used by December 31 of each year or be forfeited, unless cashed out in accordance with Article 3.2.5.3.
