If the Recipient determines at any time that any construction, alteration, or repair activity as defined by 29 CFR 5.2(j) (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/vid/5-2-definitions-19681309) will be performed during the course of the project, the Recipient shall notify the Contracting Officer prior to commencing such work and the following provisions shall apply. A modification to the award which incorporates the appropriate ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ wage rate determination(s) will constitute the Contracting Officer's approval to proceed.
