A-E further agrees to disclose to the County any contribution made to any members of the Board of Supervisors or County Agency Officers by A-E, A-E agent or lobbyist, or, if applicable, any subcontractor(s) for the twelve (12) months prior to and twelve (12) months following the approval, renewal, or extension of this Contract.
