Common use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Indemnification Clause in Contracts

▇▇▇▇▇▇ Indemnification. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall defend or settle any Claim(s) against Restoration to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the breach of any representation or warranty made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ under Section 8.2 of this License Agreement, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay any damage amount assessed to Restoration or settlement amounts entered into by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the extent such amounts are based upon such a Claim.
