▇▇▇▇▇▇ OF SUBROGATION. The Contractor hereby releases the Government and Battelle, including their directors and employees, and shall cause Contractor’s Insurers to waive their rights of subrogation against such released parties, for losses or claims for bodily injury, property damage or other insured claims arising out of Contractor’s performance under the Contract.
