▇▇▇▇▇▇'S OPTION TO CANCEL. (a) The Lease may be cancelled by the Lessee on any September 30th after the third anniversary of the consummation of the Plan of cooperative organization pursuant to which proprietary leases were originally issued, upon complying with all the provisions hereinafter set forth. Irrevocable written notice of intention to cancel must be given by the Lessee to the Lessor on or before April 1 in the calendar year which such cancellation is to occur. At the time of the giving of such notice of intention to cancel, there must be deposited with the Lessor by the Lessee:
