▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act Assignment. Developer shall assign to TxDOT all right, title and interest in and to all claims and causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15), arising from purchases of goods, services or materials pursuant to the Contract Documents or any Subcontract. This assignment shall be made and become effective at the time TxDOT tenders Final D&C Payment to Developer, without further acknowledgment by the Parties.
