▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DEFINED. A grievant is a member of the bargaining unit who has a grievance or the BMEA on behalf of the membership. The Association shall not file a grievance on behalf of a member without their consent. Failure to file a grievance does not constitute acceptance of the situation as a past practice.
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DEFINED. The term "Borrower" includes each and every person signing this Note as a Borrower and any co-signers,
