▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Utilization Data. The Agency will provide the Health Plan with an annual CD containing monthly summary spreadsheets with supporting documents and claims details. Interim summary spreadsheets will be provided to the Health Plan by the Bureau of Medicaid Program Analysis (MPA) on a monthly basis.
