誠如第3. 3 條所規定，客戶須以客戶或代表客戶的獲授權簽署人簽署的書面方式或以電話直接向元富證券發出關於證券交易的指示。若指示以書面發出，該等簽署人的簽署須與提供予元富證券的簽署式樣一致。若指示以電話發出，元富證券有權依賴及按照該等指示行事，而元富證券毋須查詢或核實作出或發出或聲稱作出或發出該等指示的人士的權力或身份，亦毋須理會發出該等指示當時的情況。

Gentlemen In accordance with the above-referenced Lease, we wish to advise and/or confirm as follows:
Ladies and Gentlemen The undersigned refers to the Credit Agreement and hereby gives you irrevocable notice, pursuant to Section [2.2] [2.5] [2.7(a)] of the Credit Agreement, of the borrowing of a [Term Loan][Revolving Loan][Swingline Loan].
The Netherlands The third party referred to above may invoke the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (with the inclusion of the Arbitration Clause).
Principal and Registered Office The Partnership will have its principal office at the principal office of the General Partner or at any other place designated from time to time by the General Partner.
