Each of the Nuveen Closed-End Investment Companies Listed on Schedule A to the
Agreement
And
State Street Bank and Trust Company
This Amendment is made as of this 20th day of July, 2015, to the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated October 7, 2002, as amended (the “Agreement”) between each of the Nuveen Closed-End Investment Companies Listed on Schedule A to the Agreement (collectively, the “Funds”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Transfer Agent”). In accordance with Section 17.1 (Amendment) of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
| 1. | Schedule A. The current Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby replaced and superseded with the Schedule A attached hereto, effective as of July 20, 2015; and |
| 2. | All references in the Agreement to “Exhibit A” are hereby revised and replaced with “Schedule A.” |
| 3. | All defined terms and definitions in the Agreement shall be the same in this Amendment (the “July 20, 2015 Amendment”) except as specifically revised by this Amendment. |
| 4. | Except as specifically set forth in this July 20, 2015 Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. |
