FEES PAYABLE TO THE MANAGER PURSUANT TO REVISED SCHEDULE A TO THE INVESTMENT
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT SHALL BE CALCULATED AT THE FOLLOWING ANNUAL RATES UNTIL
