AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO SUB-ADVISORY CONTRACT
AMENDMENT NO. 3
TO
This Amendment dated as of November 18, 2019, amends the Sub-Advisory Contract (the “Contract”) between Invesco Advisers, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. (the “Sub-Adviser”).
WHEREAS, the parties agree to amend the Contract to change the name of Invesco ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund to Invesco ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Infrastructure Fund, a series portfolio of AIM Investment Funds (Invesco Investment Funds);
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants herein contained, it is agreed between the parties hereto as follows:
