This Settlement Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date, as defined below in Section 2.6, by and between the following parties: August Longo (“Claimant”) and the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of the University of California, San Francisco, and UCSF Medical Center (herein “UCSF”).
