This Memorandum of Agreement is made this 25th Day of January 2013, by and between YP Midwest Publishing LLC (“Employer” or “Company”) and CWA District 4 (“Union”). The Union and the Employer are parties to a collective bargaining agreement (“Agreement”) which became effective on August 15, 2010 and which is set to expire on August 10, 2013. The parties have met and engaged in bargaining for the purpose of arriving at a new collective bargaining agreement and have bargained in good faith over the terms of said Agreement. The Union and the Employer are parties to a collective bargaining agreement (“Agreement”) which became effective on August 15, 2010 and which is set to expire on August 10, 2013. The parties have met and engaged in bargaining for the purpose of arriving at a new collective bargaining agreement and have bargained in good faith over the terms of said Agreement. The Union’s and Employer’s negotiating committees have agreed to the below terms, and shall fully recommend them for ratification by the bargaining unit, and approval by the Company’s Board of Directors, respectively.
