This agreement is required to allow FDEP and the Agency Term Contractor (ATC) personnel to enteryour property to perform remediation services. Upon issuance of a Closure Order, your site will be restored as nearly as practical to the conditions which existed before the activities, and the access agreement shall be terminated.
