This agreement for personal services is entered into by and between the Forest Hills School District (“Board”), and Necco, LLC (“Contractor”), effective May 1, 2025, each acting by their duly authorized representative; and sets forth the terms and standards under which the Contractor agrees to provide services to the Board.
